मैंने हद की हद देखी है…
जुनुने-इश्क की सरहद देखी है |
जो डूबकर निकला दरिया से,
अब दरिया की कद देखी है…||

जो उछलती मौजों पर,
कश्ती अपनी संभाली थी,
मत पूछ ! कितना कठिन था वो !
पर, साहिल को पाने की जद देखी है ||

कभी कीचड़, कभी धूल-गर्द,
कभी तपन बहुत, कभी बहुत सर्द |
यादें हैं-
वो शिद्दत से गुजरी भयानक रातों की,
जब- अश्क नज़र और हमसफ़र दर्द !
फ़कत हयात का गद्य नहीं, मैंने छंद भरे पद देखी है ||

दूर है, चाँद भी खूब है |
अदा है, नशा है, नखरें हैं ||
कभी मिलकर तो देखो….
बेजान है…!!
मैंने चाँद की बंजर जमीं देखी है ||

चल उठ, अब ख़्वाब नहीं, ख्याल भी कर !
अनजान पथ है, अजनबी पथिक हो तुम !
क्षीतिज को छू, आसमान पर चल !
मत देख इधर-उधर !
वक़्त के संग क़दम मिला कर चल |
है मंजिले-मक़सूद करीब –
अब डर क्या, फ़िकर क्या ?
बढ़ता चल, चलता चल….
बढ़ता चल…चलता चल…||





3) कुछ पाने की…. तुम्हें पाने की…

पुराने खंडहर की टूटी कीवार से झांका,
तो देखा कुछ बिखरी हुई किताबे हैं |
सुनी है दीवार में गड़ी खूटी,
खाली है वो लकड़ी का बक्सा,
वो मेरी पुरानी चौकी,
सिर्फ मकरी के जाले हैं |
कुछ ढूंढा, एक पुरानी तस्वीर मिली |
कुछ यादें,
कुछ कही कुछ अनकही बातें,
कुछ सुलझी कुछ उलझी जज्बातें,
कुछ ख्वाब फटे-पुरानें बिखरें डायरी के पन्नों में,
कोई उम्मीद, एक हौसला जीनें की,
तुम्हे पानें, तुम्हें छूने की,
अब जितने की, मुस्कुरानें की,
फिर से वो उजरे आँगन को बसानें की,
वो सुकून भरे सिरहानें की,
अब तमन्ना नहीँ, एक निश्चय |
अब आरजू नहीं, एक परिचय |
कुछ पाने की…. तुम्हें पाने की…
जीने की….जितने की….मुस्कुरानें की…. ||

Let you tell me first, how do you judge someone in one meet? Or how do you decide ‘good/bad’, ‘like/dislike’ for someone? Definitely you judge him by the way they communicate, their personality. Their communication skills tell you what actually you should have to do for them.

Email is a way of online authentic communication. The way you communicate, your word of curtsey and gratitude, your language project your personality to your reader. There are some untold protocols of communication. Please must follow them whenever you communicate either verbally or electronically.

Let you tell me one more thing.  Why do you write some one? What is the purpose? I am sure there will must be some purpose of writing and you expect that your message get read and acted upon. But How? How will your recipients understand that they have to read your mail?

There are just few things what you have to follow:

1)     SUBJECT LINE:

Give your reader one line description of the content of your mail. Neither leaves it blank nor too long. Never use the word ‘URGENT MAIL’, ‘VERY IMPORTANT, MUST READ’ or any such craps. If you are replying mail of some write some brief information about that in subjects that’s how the recipients person can understand that you have replied of his mail of (DDMMYYYY) day and it is about (…..).

2)     MESSAGE:

Message should be focused about the subjects. Do mix so many things in one mail; you can write separate mail for each of your purpose. Keep habit of one point one mail.  Check spelling mistakes first, font should be readable. You can use highlighter and color wherever necessary; but don’t use RED color unless that line is very strong and you need to over emphasize this line. RED is an aggressive color so choose it carefully. Write short paragraphs and avoid fancy faces and images if it is official mail but you must have to use emoji (CTRL+SHIFT+Z) and funny-fancy images if you are writing to your girlfriend. You can use abbreviations if it is well known otherwise mention full name in bracket.

Mention about the attachments if any.

3)     ATTACHMENTS:

Don’t attach files unless it is very necessary or important. Your attachment consumes a lot of bandwidth and increase security risk. Viruses can be attached on the way. Another possibility is compatibility issue. Is your recipients system compatible with your file or do they have the required application to read your attachments?

4)     START & END OF MESSAGE BODY

Start with humble and with kind accost as like Respected sir/madam, Dear Sir/Madam/Name…..

And end the message body and your signature with full gratitude and curtsey as like

Thanking you for your kind consideration,

Expecting an acknowledgement mail or a reply from your side,

Warm regards,

(Your name).

You can mention your contact number too. If the mail is official and you are sending it to your business concern, you can use your organization logo after mentioning your name, designation, contact no.

5)     YOUR IDENTITY

Neither keep fancy name of your profile nor fancy email id like (#%&*^ @xyz.com). Keep your good quality photo in your profile picture.

6)     RESPONSE

Respond promptly and properly of emails you receive. You can avoid spam, junks or newsletter email what you have subscribed.

7)     PROOFREADING:

Do proofreading of your mail. Check grammatical and spelling mistakes as well.

8)     TO: (Your Recipients)

If you have to send it to single person, write their email id in ‘To’ but if you have to send it multiple people don’t mess ‘To’ with multiple email ids. It is a bad manner of communication and it share your all recipients email ids with each other. Either write multiple email ids in ‘Bcc’ or

Put “Undisclosed Recipients<youremailid@yourmailserver.com>” in ‘To’ field, replace youremailid@yourmailserver.com with your own email address like ak25avi@gmail.com

Put all the recipients email ids in ‘BCC’ field, separated by comma, for example- abc@yahoo.com, pqr@gmail.com, xyz@hotmail.com.

Hit the ‘Send’ button.

It protects the privacy of email addresses.

Never use abusive or vulgar language in mail. It can ruin your carrier, your boss will sue you; you will have a big loss of reputation even you can face some legal issues. Respect the cyber law. Be careful!! Your email can embarrass you.

Now you can hit the ‘Send’ button….

emsThere are two biggest challenges in business now a day- Marketing and Employee Management. Lets discuss today about employee management.

The biggest asset, strength of a company is their employee. Company is nothing in itself. It’s a team effort. Some issues what we generally face in our organization:

ð  Quality performer employee

ð  Long term employee

We should not have to determine the quality of employee from their education, certificates and background, infect their attitude matters; they should be hardworking and have a sharp learning attitude.  Now this responsibility comes to us that how we will manage them, how do we make them productive. Nobody has born as ‘Abhimanyu (Mahabharata- Son of Arjun)’ today; we learn thing as we grow. So train your employee, motivate them and appreciate them for their improvements. Internet is ocean of information, suggest them to utilize it. If they will have information and willingness to work, they will must hit your target correctly. Remember Information is power unless you act upon. Develop team sprit inside the organization, increase their efficiency.

Make them feel that this is their organization, they are very valuable. Target completion pressure is good and necessary sometimes but at the same time make them some fun too. Now a days people are just jumping from one to another company, its not because they don’t want to work longer with any company, its just because they don’t feel comfortable in your organization so they leave it for better.

Company should have to analysis its policy. Don’t behave like boss. Don’t behave like ruler, be the leader. There is a basic difference between boss and leader- It is the way you communicate. Don’t say it’s a challenge for you guys, do it anyhow right now. Rather say lets do it guys, it’s a challenge for us. Every month give your employee an opportunity to show some creativity in their creative field, share some creative ideas. Gift something to some who has done something best this month; like the best performer of the month…. This is the best way they will feel appreciated and valuable. The gift may be quote or a message written coffee-mug or a diary or a pen or just a chocolate, but sure it will make them more innovative, creative, confident, energetic and effective. Just try; you will feel some magical changes in their performance  and efficiency. Keep lighter environment around their workstation. Give them some spaces. Make them believe, they do their work, you will take care of all their dreams, passion and of-course their liabilities or responsibilities. Give them freedom to share ideas on the forum of your organization on social networking sites.

If you are an entrepreneur and going to start a business, Must develop an action plan of empowering and capacity building of employees. It is as necessary as business plan.

Nobody has limited power. You just have to arose “achiever’s ambition & commitments” in them, a competitive nature in them,  they will be more productive then a high scorer. These guys are very simple even they don’t understand what they can do… A very simple idea can hit the goal. Share success stories of J.K.RowiLIng, Mark Zukerberg, Steve Jobs…. There are so many inspirations. If anyone can, why not I? It might be late but it will if I am committed enough.
